All organised Training session organised by Poole Runners can be found below.
Please be aware that there are age limits for some training groups, due to the difficulty and distances that are expected of the athletes.
Any new groups will be added to this table.

Lockyers Middle School: 6:45-8pm
Dave Ozanne, Rupert Pepper: Distance Training (speed, technique)
11 years (you need to have been running for a while prior to attending this session)
Wednesday
The Junction, Broadstone: 7pm
Long Distance Run.
By Ability please see coaches
Thursday
Ashdown Track:
6-7pm Multiple Events.
6:45pm beginning of warm-up for next session.
7-8pm: Sprints- les
              Long/middle distance-Rupert
                                        and Alan Lewis

Lockyers Middle School: Development group. 10:45am-12 led by les with other senior coaches in attendance.
This group allows all athletes to participate in the wide range of athletics events, bringing beginners up to a high competitive level. Its also Fun!
