Rhayader 20 & 5 mile Road Race
Race day Saturday 17th March 2012 Entries £12 + £2 on day
The scenery is spectacular and, despite the tough course the promoters welcome and cater for runners of all abilities. Poole Runners have been competing in this event for the past 25 years, and have won many prizes. We would welcome new members ‘having a go’ and faster members trying for a team prize.

Friday
|
Drive to Castle Inn, nr. Talgarth. For those able to take Friday off work, lunch in Abergavenny. Possible afternoon walk or light jog later.

Saturday
|
Rhayader is around 20 miles away The race starts 1pm; This gives time to get to Rhayader then drive the route and appreciate the spectacular views.

Sunday
|
A morning jog for those who are very keen, and time for a walk after breakfast before driving home.

Two nights B&B in the Bunkhouse is: - £19 per night pp ie. £38 total
Two nights B&B in the Rooms is: - £33 per night pp ie. £66 total
